Jackfruit Street Tacos

These Street Tacos are from Sage Vegan Bistro in Echo Park, California. They are amazing! Who needs carne asada or carnitas when you have this?! The tacos are made with jackfruit, a fruit native to parts of Southern and Southeast Asia and the national fruit of Bangladesh. Sage Vegan Bistro did it right when they made these tacos.
